CONFERENCE OBJECTIVE: To promote technical discussions concerning the capabilities, performance and applications of the Argos satellite and ground processing systems.
EMPHASIS: Participation is strongly encouraged from Argos System users and manufacturers inside and outside the U.S.A. Of particular interest are presentations that reflect the future direction of environmental monitoring applications. Emphasis will also be placed on technical issues, including the next generation Argos System capabilities and specifications (Argos-3, PMT, pilot projects), as well as new data features.
CALL FOR PAPERS: Abstracts are being accepted for presentations describing the use of the Argos System in any major science field, as well as environmental protection applications.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: All conference attendees (including Speakers and Exhibitors) are required to register. The registration fee of US $100.00 entitles attendees admission to all Technical Sessions, Posters and Exhibits, a copy of the Conference Proceedings, hosted breakfast and lunch each day, and admission to the Argos Reception. ACCOMMODATIONS: The conference will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel Annapolis, 210 Holiday Court, Annapolis, Maryland, 21401.
